Barns is a leading Saudi coffee brand. Its Android app was delivered on COFE Cloud, the white-label platform I help build and maintain, where changing theme and configuration attributes produces a fully branded application from a single shared codebase. Barns is the platform's flagship proof point: a top-rated national brand app powered by the same engine that ships multiple other brands.

What I Built
- Delivered the Barns branded Android app from the shared COFE Cloud codebase, theming UI, flows, and configuration to the brand.
- Implemented mobile ordering, store locator, loyalty and rewards, and secure checkout.
- Shipped and maintained releases through fully automated CI/CD pipelines on Bitrise.
- Integrated regional payment gateways and Firebase services (FCM, Analytics, Crashlytics).
