Overview
E-Challan is a digital ticketing solution built for the Islamabad police that lets citizens pay traffic fines quickly and securely, part of the broader Smart ICT Police citizen-services app published by the Punjab Information Technology Board. I independently spearheaded the E-Challan product, taking it from concept to a deployment now operating at national scale.
